- 1 loaf of French bread, cubed
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Place the cubed French bread in the baking dish and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the bread and blueberries, making sure to soak the bread thoroughly.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
