Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 4 small potatoes, halved
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups seafood broth or water
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the seafood broth (or water), Old Bay seasoning, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, then add corn and sausage.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood boil.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.

For best results, use fresh shrimp and feel free to customize with additional seafood or spices.
