- 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 cup Green grapes, halved
- 2 medium Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
- A pinch Sea salt
- A splash Orange blossom water or vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them as needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi.
- Drizzle the honey and lime juice over the fruit mixture.
- Add the chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt. Toss gently to combine everything.
- If desired, add a splash of orange blossom water or vanilla for extra flavor.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
