Description

A delightful and refreshing mixture of fruits, perfect for any occasion. It’s a healthy and customizable snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup Green grapes, halved
  • 2 medium Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
  • A pinch Sea salt
  • A splash Orange blossom water or vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them as needed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi.
  3. Drizzle the honey and lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  4. Add the chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt. Toss gently to combine everything.
  5. If desired, add a splash of orange blossom water or vanilla for extra flavor.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
