A fresh and vibrant fruit salad featuring a mix of seasonal fruits with a light lime-honey dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 banana, sliced (add last)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash all fruit well and drain.
- Cut fruit to similar bite-size pieces. Keep banana for last to avoid browning.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, kiwi, and orange.
- In a small bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup) and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Add banana slices and fold in carefully.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve, or chill for a short time.
Notes
Use ripe but firm fruit to ensure the pieces hold their shape and are easy to eat. Chill the fruits prior for a refreshing salad.
