Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed steak, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the steak, tomatoes, and potatoes onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
