Description

Fun and tasty bite-sized pancakes filled with savory sausage and cheese, perfect for breakfast or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup water (or milk)
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Mix the pancake mix and water (or milk) until just combined.
  3. Fold in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
