- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 cup water (or milk)
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
- Mix the pancake mix and water (or milk) until just combined.
- Fold in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
