Ingredients

- 1 lb Fresh shrimp
- 2 Lobsters
- 1 lb Clams
- 1 lb Crab
- 1 lb Potatoes
- 2 ears Corn
- 1 lb Sausage
- Water
- Seasoning (Old Bay or similar)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add seasoning to the boiling water.
- Add potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until slightly tender.
- Add corn and sausage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Next, add the shrimp, lobster, and clams.
- Cook until the shrimp are pink and the clams open, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables.
- Serve hot on a platter with melted butter and lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
Make sure your seafood is fresh for the best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pot; you may need to do this in batches.
