Description

A delightful and fun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab, lobster, and seasonal vegetables, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp
  • 2 Lobsters
  • 1 lb Clams
  • 1 lb Crab
  • 1 lb Potatoes
  • 2 ears Corn
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • Water
  • Seasoning (Old Bay or similar)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add seasoning to the boiling water.
  3. Add potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until slightly tender.
  4. Add corn and sausage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Next, add the shrimp, lobster, and clams.
  6. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the clams open, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Drain the seafood and vegetables.
  8. Serve hot on a platter with melted butter and lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

Make sure your seafood is fresh for the best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pot; you may need to do this in batches.
