- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the steak bites, halved potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the steak and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
