- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 2 cups Corn, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp Cajun spices
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- Foil packets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or grill to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, sliced andouille sausage, diced potatoes, and corn in a bowl.
- Drizzle with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with Cajun spices.
- Place the mixture in the center of each foil packet and seal tightly.
- Cook the foil packs in the oven or on the grill for about 20-25 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packs and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding herbs like thyme or parsley. Customize the vegetables according to your taste.
