Description

A fun and easy way to enjoy shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn, all seasoned with Cajun spices and garlic butter cooked in foil packets.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Corn, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spices
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • Foil packets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, sliced andouille sausage, diced potatoes, and corn in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with Cajun spices.
  4. Place the mixture in the center of each foil packet and seal tightly.
  5. Cook the foil packs in the oven or on the grill for about 20-25 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Carefully open the foil packs and serve hot.

For extra flavor, try adding herbs like thyme or parsley. Customize the vegetables according to your taste.
