Description
A festive shrimp boil with fresh shrimp, juicy corn, and spicy sausage in a flavorful broth. Perfect for gatherings!
Ingredients

- 2 lbs (900g) large pink shrimp (raw, tail-on)
- 1 lb (450g) andouille sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 1.5 lbs (680g) red potatoes (halved)
- 4 ears corn on the cob (cut into mini segments)
- 1/2 cup (60g) Old Bay / Cajun Seasoning (divided)
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup (10g) fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 lemons (halved and wedged)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add half of the Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the halved potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add the sausage and corn, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the pot and transfer everything to a large serving platter or table covered with brown paper.
Notes
Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side. Use hands to enjoy!
