Description

A refreshing and healthy salad combining juicy watermelon, crisp cucumber, and creamy feta, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon (seeded and cubed)
  • 1 English cucumber (chopped)
  • 6 oz feta cheese (cubed)
  • Handful of chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 fresh lime (zest and juice)
  • Sea salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add your cubed watermelon into a large serving bowl along with the rest of your ingredients.
  2. Very gently toss to combine.
