Description

A delightful dessert that combines chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers for a fun treat everyone will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup toasted marshmallow buttercream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • Mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
  6. Prepare the toasted marshmallow buttercream by beating butter until creamy, then adding powdered sugar and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  7. Spread a layer of toasted marshmallow buttercream on top of one cake layer, then place the second layer on top.
  8. Frost the entire cake with the remaining buttercream.
  9. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows.
