- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup toasted marshmallow buttercream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- Mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
- Prepare the toasted marshmallow buttercream by beating butter until creamy, then adding powdered sugar and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Spread a layer of toasted marshmallow buttercream on top of one cake layer, then place the second layer on top.
- Frost the entire cake with the remaining buttercream.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows.
