Description

A fun and easy meal featuring spaghetti served in crispy garlic bread bowls, perfect for family dinners or casual parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 garlic bread bowls
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente and drain.
  3. Mix the spaghetti with pasta sauce and any vegetables you want.
  4. Hollow out the center of each garlic bread bowl, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
  5. Put the spaghetti mix into each bread bowl.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  8. Let cool a few minutes and add parsley if desired.

Notes

Tips: Brush the inside of plain garlic bread bowls with butter or olive oil and garlic before filling. Try different types of garlic bread for extra flavor.
