These fun and festive jello shots combine Prosecco with edible glitter, making them a hit at any party.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Prosecco
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet (3 oz) gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Edible glitter
- Fresh fruit (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar, and bring to a simmer.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Gradually mix in the Prosecco.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or molds.
- Sprinkle edible glitter on top.
- Refrigerate until set, about 120-240 minutes.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruit.
Notes
Use good quality Prosecco for the best flavor and let the mixture cool before adding Prosecco to maintain its fizz.
