Ingredients

- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach and sliced strawberries.
- If using feta cheese, crumble it over the top.
- In another bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with candied pecans before serving.
