  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 2 cups warmed milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or 8 oz)

🔪 Short Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
