- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey and ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt or a banana. For dairy-free, use almond milk and coconut yogurt. Garnish with a slice of banana or a strawberry.
