Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs and sugar in another bowl until frothy. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add the strawberry puree and chopped mushrooms to the wet mixture, then combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
