- 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry milk mixture into a large bowl and add the chia seeds. Whisk together until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 120 minutes, or overnight.
- Serve as is or top with yogurt, fresh strawberries, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup. For a creamier texture, increase coconut or almond milk. Experiment with other fruits for variations.
