Description

A nutritious and delicious dessert made with chia seeds and fresh strawberries, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry milk mixture into a large bowl and add the chia seeds. Whisk together until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 120 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Serve as is or top with yogurt, fresh strawberries, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup. For a creamier texture, increase coconut or almond milk. Experiment with other fruits for variations.
