Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop protein powder (strawberry or vanilla)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Add ice if you want it thicker and colder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Serve in a tall glass with whole strawberries or banana slices on top. Drink immediately while fresh.
