Description

A quick and healthy shake perfect for post-workout or a fast breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add ice if you want it thicker and colder.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
