Description

Quick and tasty snack with seasoned meat, cream cheese, and cheddar rolled in tortillas or served with chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package small tortillas or tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing until well blended in another bowl.
  3. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Add a spoonful of the seasoned meat and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, or use tortilla chips to scoop the mixture.
  6. Cut the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces or serve with the chips.
