- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package small tortillas or tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix the cooked ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing until well blended in another bowl.
- Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Add a spoonful of the seasoned meat and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, or use tortilla chips to scoop the mixture.
- Cut the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces or serve with the chips.
