- 3 cups frozen peaches
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1–2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Begin by placing the frozen peaches, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor.
- Blend for a few minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides a couple of times until the desired texture is reached.
- Place the blended mixture into a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 1-2 hours until the preferred sorbet texture is achieved.
- Remove from the freezer, scoop into a bowl, and enjoy!
Notes
Try using fresh peaches if available; just freeze them beforehand. For a smoother texture, blend longer.
