- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz dark chocolate, for mousse
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 8 oz white chocolate, for mousse
- Chocolate ganache ingredients: 8 oz dark chocolate, 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Prepare the dark chocolate mousse by melting the dark chocolate and whipping the cream, then folding them together with sugar and gelatin. Chill in the fridge.
- Prepare the white chocolate mousse in a similar manner using white chocolate.
- Layer the chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and repeat until all layers are used.
- Top with chocolate ganache made by melting dark chocolate with heavy cream.
- Chill before serving and enjoy!
