Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of mussels, cleaned
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Start by filling a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook them for about 10 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Next, add the corn and onion to the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and add salt and pepper.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels open.
  6. Squeeze the lemon halves into the pot and stir briefly before removing it from heat.
