Description

A light, no-bake dessert that blends yogurt and cookies for a mousse-like cheesecake texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups thick Greek yogurt
  • 4 sturdy cookies
  • Optional flavorings: cookie butter, tiramisu, or berry jam

Instructions

  1. Strain the yogurt if it is runny, using a fine sieve or cheesecloth for 30–60 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Crush the cookies into small pieces, keeping some bigger pieces for texture.
  3. Mix the thick Greek yogurt with the crushed cookies and any optional flavorings. Stir gently until even.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small cups or a dish and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 4–6 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture. Feel free to customize with different flavorings.
