- 4 sturdy cookies

Instructions
- Strain the yogurt if it is runny, using a fine sieve or cheesecloth for 30–60 minutes in the fridge.
- Crush the cookies into small pieces, keeping some bigger pieces for texture.
- Mix the thick Greek yogurt with the crushed cookies and any optional flavorings. Stir gently until even.
- Spoon the mixture into small cups or a dish and smooth the top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4–6 hours or overnight to set.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture. Feel free to customize with different flavorings.
