Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make watermelon slushie, perfect for hot days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 cups Seedless Watermelon Cubes, frozen for at least 24 hours
  • 24 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Juice of 1 large Lime
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint or Basil leaves, loosely packed (Optional)
  • 1 1/2 cup Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost some.
  2. Add the watermelon, 2 tbsp maple syrup, lime juice, mint, and water to a high-speed blender.
  3. Pulse the blender until the watermelon starts to break up a bit, then blend to achieve a thick, slushie consistency.
  4. Adjust the maple syrup to taste, adding more if necessary.
  5. Divide equally into 4 glasses, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, add coconut milk or yogurt. You can also experiment with different fruits like strawberries or mango.
