Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip together the ½ cup heavy whipping cream and ¼ cup pink lemonade mix until soft, fluffy peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
- In a tall glass, stir the 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix with 1½ cups cold water.
- Add ice to the glass and mix well to chill the base.
- Spoon the whipped pink lemonade topping over the base drink.
- Serve layered or stir together for a creamy float effect; garnish with a lemon slice or sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Use chilled cream for better whipping. For extra sweetness, adjust the amount of pink lemonade mix in the whipped topping.
