Description
This dessert mixes light strawberry mousse and smooth white chocolate into small, pretty domes, perfect for a special treat or dinner party.

- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- 4 oz White chocolate
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Cookie crumbs
Instructions
- Make the strawberry mousse by blending strawberries with sugar and whipping heavy cream.
- Bloom gelatin in cold water and add to the mixture.
- Pour mousse into dome molds and freeze until set.
- Glaze with melted white chocolate and decorate as desired.
- Serve chilled with fresh strawberry slices or cookie crumbs.
Notes
Chill bowls and beater for a firmer mousse. Melt white chocolate gently to avoid seizing.
