- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Portion out the mixture and place them onto the baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These pizza bites are best served warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping. They can be customized with various toppings.
