8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes

½ cup cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the puff pastry into small squares and press each one into a mini muffin tin.

Place a small cube of brie into each pastry cup.

Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie is melted.

Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
