- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully remove the fritters and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter finish, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze. Serve with coffee or yogurt.
