Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

1 ½ cups cooked navy beans (rinsed & well-drained)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 large eggs

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup granulated sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
