Description

A delightful and flavorful Cajun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab legs, crawfish, and vegetables, all cooked in rich garlic butter and spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of crawfish
  • 2 lemons, cut in half
  • 46 ears of corn, cut into pieces
  • 12 pounds of small potatoes
  • 1 cup of garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the potatoes and corn, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
  2. Once the potatoes and corn are cooked, add the crab legs and crawfish to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Finally, add the shrimp and garlic butter, along with the Cajun seasoning. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Squeeze the lemons into the pot for an extra burst of flavor, then stir again.
  5. Drain the contents and serve it on a large platter, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add bell peppers and onions to the boil. Use fresh seafood for the best taste.
