Description
A delightful and flavorful Cajun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab legs, crawfish, and vegetables, all cooked in rich garlic butter and spices.

- 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of crawfish
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- 4–6 ears of corn, cut into pieces
- 1–2 pounds of small potatoes
- 1 cup of garlic butter
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the potatoes and corn, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
- Once the potatoes and corn are cooked, add the crab legs and crawfish to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and garlic butter, along with the Cajun seasoning. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
- Squeeze the lemons into the pot for an extra burst of flavor, then stir again.
- Drain the contents and serve it on a large platter, garnishing with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add bell peppers and onions to the boil. Use fresh seafood for the best taste.
