A quick and easy drink that combines the flavors of s’mores with Coke, perfect for parties or a cozy night by the fire.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Coke (diet versions can be used)
- 2 tablespoons Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream/oat milk for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk (or sugar-free alternative)
Instructions
- Chill a tall glass in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Add the toasted marshmallow syrup and sweetened condensed milk to the glass.
- Pour in the Coke slowly to keep fizz, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
- Stir gently to mix the syrup and Coke.
- Pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the cream.
- Garnish with a toasted marshmallow or extra chocolate if desired.
- Serve with a straw and a small spoon for the cream layer.
Notes
Best served fresh for optimal fizz and texture. Chill Coke before use and adjust sweetness to taste.
