- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Remove the crusts from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each flattened slice of bread in the egg mixture, then fill it with your choice of filling (like cream cheese, Nutella, or just sugar and cinnamon).
- Roll up the bread tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Cook the roll ups on all sides until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Use thicker slices of bread for better texture and experiment with different fillings. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
