These Cranberry Brie Bites are warm, melty, sweet-savory little appetizers that come together in minutes. Flaky puff pastry (without lard), creamy brie, and glossy cranberry sauce make the perfect holiday-style bite, fully tried-and-tested and incredibly delicious.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (lard-free), thawed
8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the puff pastry into small squares and press each one into a mini muffin tin.
Place a small cube of brie into each pastry cup.
Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie is melted.
Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
Garnish with a small rosemary leaf and serve warm.
Tips
Use cold pastry for the best puff.
Don’t overfill with cranberry sauce, a little goes a long way.
These are best eaten warm but can be reheated for 3–4 minutes.
