- 1½ lbs ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter version)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- ½ cup chili sauce (or ketchup for milder flavor)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
🔪 Short Instructions
