Description

A delicious side dish featuring crispy roasted potatoes infused with garlic and chives, topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Baby potatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
