Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe but firm peaches
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Goat cheese (optional)
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Flaky salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Mix together the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the flesh side of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar mixture.
  5. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized and grill marks appear.
  6. Flip the peaches and grill for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or topped with goat cheese and herbs.

Notes

Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for best results. Experiment with spices to customize the flavor.
