Instructions
- Combine the diced cucumbers, chopped green onions, and fresh herbs in a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise and lime juice in another bowl until well combined.
- Add the shrimp to the cucumber mixture and then pour the dressing over it.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
