🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender.
