- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔪 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender.
