Description

A delicious dish that brings a taste of the tropics to your table with a zesty marinade and juicy chicken, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for up to four hours or overnight. Fresh ingredients enhance the dish significantly.
