- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for up to four hours or overnight. Fresh ingredients enhance the dish significantly.
