- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into small oval-shaped logs around skewers.
- Preheat a skillet, oven broiler, or air fryer.
- Cook kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm as a main dish, appetizer, or snack.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Experiment with different herbs, like mint or oregano, for customized flavors.
