Description

A delicious and nutritious smoothie made with fresh fruits and coconut water or almond milk, perfect for any hot day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly.
  2. Peel the banana.
  3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, blueberries, passionfruit pulp, and coconut water (or almond milk).
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
  6. Taste and add honey or a sweetener if needed.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with additional fruit if desired.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture and feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations.
