Instructions
- Add 1 tbsp of kinako powder to oat milk and froth it up.
- Prepare hojicha tea as normal, adding maple syrup or brown sugar syrup to taste.
- Pour the kinako milk, saving some foam to top the latte.
- Sift some hojicha powder on top before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use a creamier plant-based milk. Adjust sweetness to your preference. Experiment with different toppings like cinnamon or cocoa powder.
