- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the excess fat; then stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
