Description

A refreshing slushy drink made with frozen watermelon and ice, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (optional)
  • Fresh Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds.
  2. Freeze the watermelon cubes for a few hours until solid.
  3. Combine the frozen watermelon cubes and a handful of ice in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  5. If desired, add lime juice or mint for extra flavor and blend again.
  6. Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy the refreshing slushie!

Notes

Slushies are best fresh. If you must store, keep in a sealed container in the freezer. Stir or re-blend before serving. Eat within 1-2 days for best taste.
