Description
A refreshing slushy drink made with frozen watermelon and ice, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice (optional)
- Fresh Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds.
- Freeze the watermelon cubes for a few hours until solid.
- Combine the frozen watermelon cubes and a handful of ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- If desired, add lime juice or mint for extra flavor and blend again.
- Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy the refreshing slushie!
Notes
Slushies are best fresh. If you must store, keep in a sealed container in the freezer. Stir or re-blend before serving. Eat within 1-2 days for best taste.
